Title: Quality Assurance Manager - Hardscape Product Manufacturer
Location: Aurora, IL 60505
Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 + Bonus

In this role as Quality Assurance Manager, you'll help uphold and elevate those standards across production facilities, drive improvements, and support continued innovation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure plant compliance with quality standards and mix designs
- Evaluate raw materials and coordinate with suppliers on issues
- Train plant staff on quality, equipment setup, and procedures
- Drive process improvements for quality and efficiency
- Support new product development and finish capabilities
What You Need For This Position
- 5-7 years in manufacturing supervision (concrete preferred)
- ACI, PCI, MCPX, or equivalent certification
- Concrete mix design and admixture experience
- Degree in Engineering or relevant experience
- Strong communicator and effective decision-maker
