The Role
We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality initiatives and ensure our products consistently meet or exceed both customer expectations and industry standards. This key leadership position will report directly to the executive team and play a crucial role in our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality management systems
Lead quality audits and oversee inspection processes throughout production
Train and mentor quality technicians and production staff on quality procedures
Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service to resolve quality issues
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
Manage customer quality requirements and address quality-related concerns
Qualifications
5+ years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma)
Experience with quality control tools, measurement equipment, and testing procedures
Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
