Our client is a Hong Kong's central banking institution, they are looking for AI Quality Assurance Manager for their GenAI project manual testing and automation testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for advanced AI systems and web applications integrated with Generative AI, such as chatbots.
• Oversee the development and implementation of testing strategies, ensuring thorough evaluation of complex system functionalities.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with senior development teams to resolve issues and enhance system quality.
• Conduct and supervise performance, load, functional, UI/UX, regression, and cross-browser testing to ensure a consistent user experience across devices and platforms.
• Evaluate AI models for fairness, bias, and ethical considerations, and monitor deployed systems for performance drift, providing strategic feedback for retraining or optimization.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance system quality and user experience, staying updated on the latest QA methodologies and AI advancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI products, acting as a mentor to junior QA team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, focusing on AI or machine learning systems, with a preference for large-scale system integration or data projects.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing, AI model lifecycle, and model performance metrics.
• Proficient in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with agile development approaches and a variety of testing techniques, including UI, regression, and performance testing.
• Self-motivated and innovative with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written English and Chinese, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
