Quality Assurance Lead (Interim Contract)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Leader to join a team on a 1-year interim contract. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance best practices.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, GLP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Polish language.
