Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector with expertise in composite manufacturing. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet our rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations, playing a key role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our composite materials and components.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual, dimensional, fitment inspections of all composites materials using precision equipment's such as calipers, Gauges and CMMs etc.
  • Carry out FAC, In-process, Final inspection of FGs, SFGs to ensure compliance with engineering drawings.
  • Carry out inspection on special materials used in Composites like Prepregs, hard foams, Rosabell's, wood packers etc.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance/ storage inspection on composite material as per annual schedule
  • Perform root cause analysis, R&M analysis on defects and suggest preventive action for reduction of waste.
  • Able to collaborate with production and Engineering team for situation analysis during conflicts.
  • Record and document all QA/ QC related activities as per prevailing standard.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Good knowledge on Engineering Meteorology, especially on composites.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or Composite Technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of composite materials, manufacturing processes, and quality inspection methods.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
