Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in Salesforce Core and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 2-3 years in QA/testing within the Salesforce ecosystem and a strong understanding of FSC business processes and use cases.

This is a remote, contract position with the opportunity to work from anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce Core and FSC applications, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing within the Salesforce environment.
• Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues during the software development lifecycle.
• Review and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Execute tests using various testing tools and report bugs and issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and verify Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Participate in defect reviews, triage, and resolution discussions.
  
  

Technical Skills Required

Salesforce QA: Proven experience (2-3 years) in QA/testing within the Salesforce ecosystem.

FSC Knowledge: Familiarity with the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model, business processes, and common industry use cases is preferred.

Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman, Selenium, or Provar.

Testing Methodologies: Solid understanding of QA methodologies and techniques including functional, regression, and performance testing.

Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Good understanding of Salesforce platform features, configuration, and customization.

Bug Tracking & Reporting: Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, and ability to document issues in detail for developers.

Automation Testing: Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Provar) for efficient testing.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines in relation to testing.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g , Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus
