JOB REQUIREMENTS: Creating and maintaining quality records and reports
including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), MSA/SPC, process
flows, Process Failure Modes Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and control
plans. Serving as a liaison between Design Engineering, Manufacturing
Engineering, and Operations to ensure systemic quality prior to launch.
Understand and interpret engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning
and Tolerancing (GD&T). Understand and perform foundational and advanced
statistical analysis (Range, Mean, Std. Dev, Run Charts, Cpk/Ppk
analysis). Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce
defects, improve efficiency, and enhance overall product quality. Act as
a quality liaison with customers, ensuring their requirements and
expectations are consistently met. Travel to customer sites and
manufacturing locations to understand quality concerns firsthand and
provide solutions. This position may travel domestically up to 10%.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure quality
requirements are clearly defined and met in all customer engagements.
Drive the organization to anticipate and address potential quality
issues rather than responding reactively. Analyze quality data to
identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for
innovation. Ensure that all quality issues are tracked, analyzed, and
resolved in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all relevant
industry standards, regulations, and certifications (notably ISO 9001
and IATF 16949). Participate in any necessary quality audits or
certifications, ensuring full compliance. Perform Internal Audits in

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or
Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or another related
field. American Society of Quality Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ CQE)
desired, but not required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a
manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of quality management
systems, and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead
