We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer (QA Engineer) to be part of the Product function’s QA team and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✨ Test Planning & Execution: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features, bug fixes, and system enhancements for both web and mobile applications (native and web).

✨ Automation & Efficiency: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.

✨ Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with developers.

✨ End-to-End Testing: Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate software reliability across web and mobile platforms.

✨ Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and SMEs to align on testing requirements and expectations.

✨ Process Improvement: Continuously enhance QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize testing effectiveness.

✨ Compliance & Standards: Ensure testing aligns with industry standards, company policies, and security best practices.

✨ Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate for user experience and product quality by simulating real-world usage scenarios in testing.

📌 Key Skills:

✅Test Automation: Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and mobile testing tools (e.g., Appium).

✅Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and addressing software issues.

✅Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and version control tools (e.g., Git).

✅Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate testing findings clearly. Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.

✅Performance & Security Testing: Familiarity with tools for performance benchmarking and security testing is a plus.

✅Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

✅Programming Experience: Proficiency in programming languages, e.g Python.

✅Experience using tools like Jira, GitLab, and GitHub.
