What we’re looking for:

• 5-8 years’ experience with at least one of the leading test web automation tools and frameworks (i.e., TestComplete, Selenium, and/or Microsoft Test Manager)
• Strong understanding of scripting languages (i.e. Python, JavaScript, and/or Pearl)
• Knowledge of testing methodologies is crucial, as well as troubleshooting experience as it relates to automation
• Willingness to partner with others, collaborate, and offer knowledge, enablement, uplevel team’s understanding as well as see beyond what is requested in owning their work
• In addition to an ability to automate, advocate/build Unit Testing/API testing across team and continue to uplevel automation efforts
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to set code to standards, maintain consistently, and work proactively with Dev to ensure their understanding of how their work impacts automation
• Ability and willingness to learn vertical assets and systems to increase effectiveness of automation
• Professional background in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Knowledge and experience working with Agile development methodology
• Understand the entire software development life cycle from requirements gathering to delivery
• Strong self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary
• A drive to learn quickly and constantly adapt to new challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must and be available to work during CST

Preferred experience:

• Experience with TestComplete and Playwright
• Experience with Javascript
• Experience with AI driven automation
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) / Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
