Summary

Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Purpose of the Role

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Rexeras software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the US, EU, and India to define test requirements, execute manual and automated tests, and identify potential issues. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our real estate AI Responsibilities

  • Execute manual tests and maintain test documentation.
  • Create and execute automated test scripts using Python.
  • Identify, record, and document bugs thoroughly.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test suites for web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements.
  • Work on parallel tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for regression Requirements :
  • 1+ years of software testing experience, both in Manual and Automation.
  • Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts and methodologies.
  • Basic to intermediate Python programming skills.
  • Hands-on experience with any test automation framework.
  • Experience in writing and executing test cases.
  • Knowledge of the bug life cycle and experience with bug tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git).
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
  • Basic SQL Skills :
  • Experience with API testing tools (requests/httpx).
  • Experience with test reporting tools (e.g., Allure).
  • Experience integrating test reports with communication platforms like Slack.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts.
  • Experience with test management tools.
  • Understanding of Agile Stack :

Programming: Strong knowledge of Python.

Automation Frameworks: Control: Git.

API Testing Tools: requests/httpx.

Reporting Tools: Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc., BCA).
  • Masters degree (M.Tech, M.Sc., MCA) in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Certifications in Software Testing, Automation, or Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) can be a plus.
