Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of our software products through manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in software testing, including functional, load, and API testing, with proficiency in tools like Postman, JMeter, and Selenium. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Description:

Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for software products. Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, load, and API testing. Test web applications, mobile apps, desktop applications, and APIs to ensure high-quality releases. Use testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, Selenium, and others to automate and streamline testing processes. Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback on product usability. Assist in improving QA processes by implementing automation and best practices. Conduct code reviews and write unit tests to maintain software stability.

Required Skills:

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual & automation).
• Proficiency in API testing (Postman), performance testing (JMeter), and automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright and others).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear and concise bug reports and test documentation.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with developers and stakeholders.

Experience:

• Experience in mobile app testing (iOS/Android)
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education/Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
