Quality Engineer Join CPI Radant's Quality Team and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of product quality! As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for critical Supplier QA functions, supporting our Quality Management System (QMS), and providing valuable insights through statistical analysis. Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Managing all aspects of Supplier QA, including evaluation, documentation, and communication. * Own supplier results, drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards. * Serving as the primary point of contact for supplier quality-related matters. * Collaborating with the MRB Coordinator to address non-conforming materials. * Reviewing purchase orders for quality compliance. * Driving supplier corrective actions and ensuring effective root cause analysis. * Performing statistical analysis and tracking key quality metrics. * Developing and maintaining quality procedures and specifications. * Contributing to the development and maintenance of our ISO/AS QMS. * Participating in internal quality audits. * Reviewing and approving technical drawings and documentation. * Generating and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs). * Other quality-related tasks as needed * $70,000 - $80,000 Annually We're Looking For Someone With: * Solid experience in a QA/QC setting. * Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems. * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. * The ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. * Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively. * Experience with ISO9001 quality management systems. * Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry Ready to contribute to a culture of quality?
