About the Team

You'll join a collaborative team that supports both customer facing and internal platforms. Our systems are built across Salesforce and Heroku, and your work will help ensure the stability and performance of tools that drive daily operations and strategic projects alike. As part of the software development lifecycle, your contribution is critical to delivering quality at every stage.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll be responsible for validating functionality, data integrity, and performance across our Salesforce and Heroku applications. You'll work closely with developers, admins, analysts, and business stakeholders to test enhancements and new features, ensuring every release meets requirements and delivers a seamless experience to users across regions. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, with core working hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday). On office days, you'll work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While we aim to maintain a consistent schedule, there may be occasional occasions where, due to team needs or time zone differences, you might be asked to adjust your hours and work later on an office day.

What Does An Average Day Look Like?

In this role, your typical day will include:

  • Test Salesforce and Heroku based features for both customer facing and internal tools.
  • Review design specifications and user stories to develop detailed, actionable test plans.
  • Create and maintain test cases, data sets, and scripts for manual and automated testing.
  • Execute test cases and track defects throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Isolate, replicate, and report bugs, working with developers to verify fixes.
  • Participate in regression, and system integration testing as part of monthly/weekly releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded in every stage of the SDLC.
  • Help improve QA processes and documentation to support team scalability.

Who will thrive in this role?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years in a Quality Assurance or Software Testing role, ideally with Salesforce exposure.
  • Hands-on experience with frontend and backend testing.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and bug tracking.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and contributing to CI/CD-driven releases.
  • Detail oriented, methodical, and proactive in identifying issues before they become problems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
