Responsibilities

• Understand the product in and out.
• Responsible for giving the go signal for all deployments.
• Making sure that we ship out fast without killing the experience for our users.
• Testing the Product across different versions of the app.
• Troubleshoot issues raised by Users and the Internal Team.
• Perform cause analysis of users' issues via in-depth research and analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to fix product issues quickly and to provide product improvement ideas.
• Respond to user and internal team queries.
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in assuring the quality of multiple applications.
• Curiosity about how things work.
• Good understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, RESTful architecture, and SQL.
• Can own the problems end-to-end.
• Exposure to AWS infrastructure would be an advantage.
• Well-versed in written and spoken Hindi.
