Summary

About The Role: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced API Sr. Automation Engineer who will be responsible for the development, execution, and continuous optimization of automated test scripts, ensuring the highest standards of quality, functionality, and performance for our API Platforms.

Job Description

Minimum 7+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in API testing and automation

Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Rest Assured, Karate, Postman, SoapUI, and Cypress

Proficiency in API testing and automation for REST and SOAP services

Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation

Experience with test/defect management tools like ALM, Zephyr, JIRA, or ADO. 

Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.  

Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile and Scrum methodologies, best practices in quality assurance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
