Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated QA Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.

Identify, log, and track bugs in coordination with development teams.

Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide feedback on testability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.

Analyze test results and provide regular reports on defects and improvements.

Continuously work on improving QA processes and automation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in QA or software testing roles.

Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestNG, or similar.

Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Office Hours are 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. We alternate between 5 and 6 days of work per week.

Preferred Location: Ahmedabad (on-site)

Bond: A mandatory 1.5-year bond is required for the company.
