Job Title: Quality Assurance & Document Control Specialist
Reports to: QA & QC Manager

Job Purpose
To manage contract administration and cost control activities, optimizing financial performance and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Key Accountabilities
Operational Plans
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Quantity Surveying function short to mid-term plans to ensure alignment with the function’s strategic priorities and corporate goals.
- Assist in the formulation of annual business plans for assigned areas of responsibility to support financial and strategic objectives.
- Monitor, control, and report key performance indicators related to the Quantity Surveying section/assigned area to track performance and recommend corrective actions, ensuring continuous improvement.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies, systems, processes, and procedures, identifying potential areas for improvement to support efficient and effective operation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate requirements regarding adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions, promoting a safe and risk-free environment.
Quality Assurance and Document Control Management
- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry regulations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, overseeing document control processes and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation related to quality assurance and project management, ensuring all records are accessible and well-organized.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that all quality documentation aligns with project objectives and timelines.
- Review and approve quality documents, ensuring they meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular quality assurance reports and document control metrics for senior management, providing insights into compliance and performance.
- Conduct risk analysis related to quality assurance processes, identifying potential issues and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements in quality management and document control, recommending cost-effective solutions..

Qualifications, Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or any related discipline
