Role: QA Automation Lead

Experience: 13 + years

Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner, Currently Serving September month notice Period

This position is responsible for following the defined Automation Test Strategy and Test Plan, creating and executing automation test cases and framework, and understanding the functional aspects of data.

Experience

13 + Years

Mandatory Skills

9+ years experience in functional and automation testing.

Extensive experience in Javascript and Playwright

Experience in Selenium and Java, any BDD framework, etc..

Experience in building automation framework

Experience in handling automation teams.

Experience working on large, complex software projects.

Complete understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA Methodology.

Hands-on in SQL.

Ability to understand customer data and data relationships in DB.

Ability to understand and convert customer data into different forms of reports.

Has experience with functional and behavior-driven application testing.

Has experience in analyzing and understanding the functional aspects of the data and the ability to derive data insights.

Experience In Reviewing Functional Requirements And Identifying Test Cases.

Proficient in Test Case design and execution.

Identify, evaluate, and document issues with appropriate priority and severity.

Review software changes to define effective regression test plans and resolve testing gaps.

Review testing results, report issues, and work with other teams to resolve defects.

Work closely with developers, BAs, and QA engineers to resolve technical issues.

Experience with agile methodology and defect management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.

Good understanding of Scrum software development methodology with practices including continuous integration and test-driven development.

Excellent oral & written communication skills

Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
