We are expanding of our Quality team as we continue to grow our enterprise customer base. This role is crucial in testing high-quality software by ensuring that applications function as intended and meet user requirements. The position involves utilizing a combination of manual and automated testing techniques to identify and resolve issues, ultimately contributing to the success of our enterprise solutions.

We are seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning: Design and implement test strategies to ensure application quality across multiple environments and platforms.
• Automation Testing: Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites using Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or other modern test automation frameworks.
• Manual Testing: Conduct exploratory and functional manual testing to validate application performance and user experience.
• Regression Testing: Establish automated regression test suites to catch defects early in the development cycle.
• Defect Reporting & Triage: Identify, document, and prioritize bugs/issues in JIRA or similar defect-tracking tools; collaborate with developers for resolution.
• CI/CD Integration: Develop test scripts that seamlessly integrate into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) for continuous testing.
• Performance & Load Testing: Execute and analyze performance, scalability, and load testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure application reliability under heavy user loads.
• API Testing: Validate RESTful and GraphQL APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.
• Cross-Browser & Cross-Device Testing: Ensure web applications function properly across multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and devices using tools like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, and customer support teams to understand business requirements and user expectations.
• Test Data Management: Create and manage test data to support automated and manual test execution.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test execution reports for internal teams and stakeholders.

Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in QA Automation.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing principles, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks for UI and functional testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure compatibility.
• Hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with performance testing concepts and tools like JMeter or k6.
