My customer (Software MedTech) are looking for an Automation QA Engineer with 2–3 years' experience in test automation to join a high-growth product team in Dublin 2.

👩‍💻 Technical QA Skills

• Proficient in QA methodologies, test planning, and bug tracking.
• Experience testing Flutter apps (mobile & web), including UI/UX validation, performance, and cross-platform consistency.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks (like Flutter integration tests, Appium, or Detox), and manual exploratory testing.
• Strong familiarity with DevAssure or similar QA platforms (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, or PractiTest).
• Can write automated test scripts in Dart, and possibly in Python or JavaScript for backend and integration layers.

🧠 Domain-Specific Knowledge

• Experience in MedTech, healthtech, or regulated industries.
• Understands risk-based testing, validation documentation, traceability matrices, and compliance audit support.

🧬 Startup Fit

• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments—can set up QA processes from scratch.
• Capable of being a “player-coach”—both doing testing and helping shape the QA strategy.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration (especially with Flutter developers, product teams, and possibly regulatory teams).
• Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight.
