We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Automation & Quality Assurance / Testing Engineer, who can lead end2end product testing and automation. Role is to identify by testing the implementation gaps that are required to be filled for the full end2end platform which includes:

• frontend API testing
• Testing the socket architecture
• Testing data crawling/extraction tools
• Third party integrations & testing
• AI agent chat testing

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the effort in testing and test automation of the whole end2end platform, which means collaborating with all the teams, Identifying gaps, and new implementations required. Here are few tasks that you will be handling:

• Design and create end2end test plans & automate the testing
• Creating an automated test suite, used for testing end2end platform
• Third part apps integrations and testing of their platforms, APIs exposed, etc.
• Understanding feature requirement, and identifying gaps in implementations.
• Using Jira to track bugs, issues, gaps, or new implementations required.
• Multi platform coverage, i.e., different OS, devices, etc.
• Performance and reliability testing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills must (In any scripting language e.g., Python, NodeJS,.)
• Should be aware of DSA.
• Fast learner, and intention to lead teams.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Debugging skills is a plus point.
• Aware of ticketing platform like JIRA, familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Previously worked on writing unit test cases, code coverage, test scripts, and automated tests (plus point)
• Experience in QA, or software testing and automation roles is a plus point, and if familiar with a testing tool is also a plus point.
