Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Automation Developer, you will be involved in creating and implementing a defined strategy for quality assurance and testing. You will design and develop an automation testing solution based on customer-specific test cases and customer workflows.

Your employment duties as a Quality Assurance Automation Developer will consist of the duties listed below. This list is not to be taken as fixed or exhaustive however, and you will be expected to perform any reasonable employment task assigned by a leader

Job Duties

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the projectv implementation lifecycle and understand product requirements
• Evaluate builds, project tickets, and support tickets to make sure the work done matches the description in the ticket and that the environment is working as anticipated
• Develop scalable testing automation frameworks for web-applications which are standardized across products
• Report and present automation test progress and results.
• Assist QA team with by performing a variety of different types of tests, including functional, regression, negative, interface, and workflow-specific testing.
• Assist the support teams in reproducing customer issues, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
• Contribute to the QA team knowledge base such that we maintain a solid library of reference documentation
• Develop customer-specific test plans and cases based upon build and workflow documentation.
• Work with QA leadership and team to ensure a continuous improvement in test processes.
• Follow QA processes and best practices.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Education in the Information Technology field
• Strong competency in Java, Javascript and/or TestScript
• Experience with Playwright and/or Selenium is a strong asset.
• Minimum of 4+ years of related experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience with SQL basics and queries.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working directly with software developers.
• High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment.
• High level of integrity and work ethic.

• Evening shift schedule
