Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights. Quality Auditing Associate * Provide call data reports to Senior Management to identify trends and for areas of improvement in coaching / training * Monitor calls; auditing and evaluating Sales Representative's customer interactions to highlight areas of strength and improvement. * Identify gaps, issues, and areas of improvement for training team to enhance and evolve sales training * Ensure all process are followed correctly and call out any deviations * Auditing all written communications to ensure compliance with client requirements and document findings, generate new messaging and communications to improve communication. * Calibrate with internal and external support team for continued agent learning and growth * Audit call logs to track agent activities via Excel or other reporting tools This is a full time in-office role in Atlanta, Georgia. Qualification Basic Qualifications: * Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, sales training, quality auditing or sales internship Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advanced functions preferred * Prior experience using call monitoring/ auditing * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience with corporate policies and/or community standard * Strong attention to detail, both written and verbal Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
