We take pride in our newly-built manufacturing facility situated in Binan, Laguna, where our products come to life. Responsibilities:
Quality Control Testing:
● Perform routine and ad-hoc chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
● Conduct sensory evaluations to assess flavor, aroma, and overall product quality.
● Utilize analytical instruments to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
● Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control tests and analyses performed.
● Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing testing results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
● Collaborate with the quality assurance team to update and maintain quality documentation.
Regulatory Compliance:
● Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to alcoholic beverage manufacturing.
● Ensure that the manufacturing processes align with local, state, and federal regulations.
● Collaborate with regulatory bodies for audits and inspections.
Collaboration:
● Work closely with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
● Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials.
Continuous Improvement:
● Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
● Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance overall product quality.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
● Must be a licensed Chemist.
● Must be willing to be assigned on shifting schedules in Biñan, Laguna.
● Work experience in laboratory testing is an advantage.
● With good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
● Open to fresh graduates with a valid license as a Chemist.
