Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. What are you going to do?

• Conduct manual testing of web-based applications, preferably SaaS platforms.
• Perform thorough API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, SOAP UI, or similar.
• Validate backend data through SQL-based database testing on relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Write, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to identify, document, and resolve software issues.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Practical experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or SOAP UI.
• Experience in testing SaaS, web, and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries for database validation.
• Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing challenges.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or above).
• Hybrid work model: 2-3 days/week in office in Porto.
• Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either European citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement.
