Provides support to Account Managers in managing client accounts by assisting with account onboarding, gathering client information, updating customer profiles, and maintaining accurate records through SFDC (Salesforce). Responds to customer issues or complaints by coordinating with the appropriate departments or teams. Develops a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address client inquiries and provide accurate information. Manages customer databases, updates reports, maintains documentation, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth problem-solving processes. Engages with clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities by identifying customer needs, recommending additional products or services, and collaborating with the sales/account management team to expand business within existing accounts. Collaborates with internal departments such as clinical, operations, and account management to align efforts and provide a seamless customer experience through valued meetings. Delivers non-clinical facility training and support new program implementation. Assists manager on all contract renewals within assigned book of business. Under the supervisor of a pharmacist, medications storage audits to include medication carts and medication storage rooms. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in a pharmacy, retail, medical, and/or customer service setting. Certified/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by California state law. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Must reside in the Bay Area or Fresno, CA. Ability to work M-F 8a-5p Pacific Time, as well ability to be flexible beyond core hours. Ability to travel 90%-100% of the time within the Bay Area and Fresno, CA. Valid drivers’ license and ability to provide proof of insurance. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the long-term care industry. Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted. Ability to perform independent work in the field, including a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to finish tasks on time with little supervision. Ability to use and understand verbal and written communication, in order to interact with customers and colleagues. Ability to recognize a problem and self-diagnosis proactively, owning the process through to resolution. Education: High school diploma or GED. Physical Demands: May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day. May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
