We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Quality and Contract Manager to hold a portfolio of Care Home contracts on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council.

The Quality and Market Management Team oversee the contracting of and quality of service delivery with independent sector care providers to support the social care market. Due to the very nature our contracts you will need to work and shape contracts aligned to the County Council’s vision and ambitions but also from an Integrated Care System approach. The team will report into the wider integrated strategic commissioning group and work alongside as peers with commissioners and operational services (internal and external market facing), to support and drive change in Nottinghamshire.

The role of the Quality and Contracts Manager will line manage and work with a team of Quality and Contracts Officers to deliver social care contracts whilst working in collaboration with health and social care partners, and people with lived experiences.

You will be required to respond and react to a rapidly changing environment; working in partnership with internal and external colleagues to identify and manage quality and wider market risks and to plan and deliver joint solutions.

You will need to work with flexibility and initiative to lead and support your team to delivering quality services to those that use them while also being responsive to the additional pressures facing the health and social care market.
