Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as a Quality Analytics Lead. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the COO to provide strategic advisory support, lead key cross-functional initiatives, and drive insights through data. You will be responsible for monitoring portfolio health, managing complex projects, and delivering actionable analytics to support the company’s strategic objectives.


Job Description:

  • Strategic Advisory: Collaborate closely with the COO to align strategies with the overall organizational goals.

To provide insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making, organizational vision, and delivering results.

  • Project Management: Oversee critical projects and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives, cost, and product requirements.
  • Portfolio Analysis: Conduct portfolio analysis to identify potential stress areas and to understand customer behavior.
  • Data Analytics: Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights. Contribute to data-driven decision-making by providing comprehensive reports and recommendations. Benchmarking of company performance metrices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders and foster productive relationships. Timely reporting to stakeholders on the projects and product status.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python/R preferred).
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with strategic impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
