Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Analyst at HealthQuist. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for conducting quality control assessments, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, and managing the overall quality of processes and procedures. The role will involve analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality management strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in quality control and quality assurance in a BPO setting is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using quality management systems and tools
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required
