Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance evaluations (internal audits) based on samples for employees to improve their overall competence which identifies both strengths and development opportunities·
• Perform analysis on quality trends and flag quality-related risks to the project leadership·
• Provide immediate feedback to employees who incur critical error·
• Conduct regular feedback sessions to employees regarding their quality audits to ensure process consistency and reduce error disputes·
• Spearhead internal and external calibration sessions and provide calibration results.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality audit-related reports, which shall be sent out to internal clients such as Operations Manager and Team Manager
• Participate and lead in analyzing operational opportunities for improvement and present findings and recommendations to the appropriate teams for action·
• Open and flexible to new ideas that may alter team goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

• With at least 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in the BPO Industry is an advantage
• 2 years of customer service-related work experience is preferred but not required
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Attention to detail

• Commitment to delivering to the highest quality first time
• Proven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with a positive attitude
• Examples of taking the initiative in a work setting, with positive outcomes
