Job Description:

• Strong experience and knowledge of US Insurance (Property & Casualty) -Billing Domain good to have.
• Develop and support the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects.
• Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
• Identify and resolve defects within the production process.
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Compile and analyze statistical data.
• Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
• Support junior QA’s work

Qualification:

Education: - BE / B. Tech / MCA / B. Sc. IT

Experience - 3+yrs

Working days: 5 days a week

Domain- US Insurance P&C preferred (Billing Domain)

Technical Competencies:

• Extensive experience in writing SQL statements for data validations with exposure to database testing
• Ability to design, develop, test and debug tests cases / Scripts / plans / strategy documents
• Document and interpret business and technical requirements for testing utilizing various development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Waterfall, etc.)
• Web services testing experience using Postman or SOAP UI.
• Should Have knowledge about ETL and database testing
