We're looking for QoE Engineer to work on the NextGen connectivity platform across platforms. This is an outstanding opportunity to help build an ambitious future for our flagship product.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement new components within our client-server architecture.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code in C, C++, and Python.
• Work on client-server development projects involving multiple developers, ensuring smooth collaboration and integration.
• Develop and optimize networking protocols and features to improve system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable systems, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
• Analyze and troubleshoot networking and communication issues within the client-server model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address project requirements.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn Swift and contribute to iPad development initiatives.
• Provide technical documentation and answer questions related to system design and functionality.
• Create clear, detailed, and concise documentation for all aspects of development, including designs, workflows, and technical decisions.
• Act as a point of contact for queries regarding system functionality and implementation details.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and technical challenges.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python for software development.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience in client-server development with multi-developer environments.
• Knowledge of software design principles and system architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Openness to learning Swift for iPad application development.
