Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QNXT Configuration Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the QNXT platform, ensuring it meets the business requirements and aligns with operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of QNXT configurations, processes, and functionality within the healthcare domain, especially in payer or insurance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain QNXT system to support operational requirements and optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and translate them into effective QNXT configurations.
- Design and implement business workflows, eligibility and claims processing rules, member management, and benefits configurations in QNXT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring system integrity and adherence to requirements.
- Perform QNXT system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new configurations or system updates.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, testing procedures, and issue resolution.
- Stay current with QNXT platform updates and enhancements, evaluating new features and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can navigate and utilize the QNXT platform effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA and other healthcare-specific standards.
- Participate in system upgrades and implementation of new versions of QNXT, ensuring a seamless transition.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with QNXT configuration, preferably in a healthcare payer or insurance environment.
- Strong knowledge of QNXT modules, including membership, claims, provider, benefits, and eligibility management.
- Proficiency in analysing business requirements and translating them into technical configuration solutions.
- Experience with database management, troubleshooting, and data validation.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS regulations, and healthcare industry standards is a plus.
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data integration techniques.
- Experience with QNXT version upgrades and system migrations.
- Certification in QNXT or relevant healthcare IT certifications.
