Overview: The QC / Test Engineer (Automation) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality and reliability of software products within the organization. As a key member of the quality assurance team, this engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of automated test scripts. They work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards before release. The role demands an analytical mindset and attention to detail, enabling the engineer to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle. By utilizing various automation tools and frameworks, the QC / Test Engineer contributes significantly to increasing testing efficiency and reliability. Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience with Playwright for automating browser-based tests.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript for test development and scripting.
• Hands-on experience working with PostgreSQL and writing complex SQL queries.
• In-depth understanding of automated testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with other testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Jest.
• Knowledge of other databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
