Job Purpose
The Q.C. Administrator reviews, edits and maintains all documentation related to employee training and FAA/EASA documentation/manuals. This includes scheduling and oversight of employee training, updates to all FAA/EASA related manuals and the appropriate filing of all FAA/EASA Documents. Additionally, the Q.C. Administrator will serve as backup to the Q.C. Inspector, monitoring operations repair work for safety, FAA compliance and proper workmanship.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Updates and maintains Employee Training Matrix
- Creates, updates and files all training certifications
- Maintains Manual Revision Updates
- Keeps FAA filing system up to date
- Provides administrative support to Q.A. and Process Development Managers
- Provides FAA administrative support to Repair Station manager
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Equipment Operated: Ability to operate office machines and equipment and troubleshoot problems with equipment.
Work Location: PDR Facility in Camarillo, CA.
Education/Training: High school diploma
Experience: At least 2 years of related experience in office administration or related field preferred.
