What You'll do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to meet internal standards and customer expectations;
• Define and enforce quality standards in coordination with engineering, product, and design teams;
• Own the creation and maintenance of test plans, automated test suites, and performance benchmarks;
• Establish and track quality metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement;
• Enhance testing processes through automation and integration of agile best practices;
• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to support scalable testing environments and pipelines;
• Guide bug tracking, test documentation, and defect resolution processes;
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements regarding product quality and safety;

What You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including both backend and frontend systems;
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality web and backend consumer-facing applications;
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, defect tracking, and test case development;
• Hands-on experience with automated UI testing tools and frameworks;
• Experience with API testing, performance/load testing, and scalable testing infrastructure;
• Familiarity with Git, Agile practices, and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions;
• Experience using observability tools (e.g., Datadog) for test coverage and incident analysis;
• Prior collaboration with infrastructure teams to enhance testing environments;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
