Your Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of mechanical systems to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. * Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and QA/QC activities to support auditing and compliance efforts. * Oversee and enforce adherence to industry standards, contract specifications, and safety protocols on all mechanical work. * Identify quality issues, defects, or installation errors and provide timely corrective actions to maintain project integrity. * Work alongside project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of quality control procedures. * Train and guide team members on best practices for installation, documentation, and quality control compliance. * Act as the on-site visual weld inspector, ensuring all welding work meets industry standards and project specifications when applicable. Required Skills & Experience * Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) certification with advanced welding proficiency. * 10 years of experience in mechanical or plumbing installation, service, or commissioning. * 5 years of QA/QC inspection experience in the construction field. * Strong expertise in piping systems and quality inspection protocols to maintain structural integrity and performance.
