Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Engineer in Structural Fabrication, located in North Okkalapa. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that structural fabrication meets quality standards and specifications. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, reviewing materials, managing documentation, and collaborating with the fabrication team to address any quality issues. The role also involves developing quality control plans and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in structural fabrication
• Proficiency in conducting inspections and reviews to ensure standards are met
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to structural fabrication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of welding procedures (WPS, PQR, WQT), material testing, and quality audits.
• Software Proficiency and Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, and QA/QC documentation tools.
