WQ Responsibilities:

• Create, write, and automate test scenarios using tools like Playwright and Pytest
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure the quality and functionality of digital products
• Investigate and document bugs, edge cases, and unexpected behaviors in detail
• Actively contribute to QA processes in teams working with Agile methodologies
• Track and manage tasks using Jira or similar project management tools
• Think critically and suggest alternative approaches to task execution
• Take part in brainstorming sessions, share ideas and help improve processes

WQ Qualifications:

• Final-year undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English skills (reading, writing, and communication)
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Playwright, Pytest, or similar test automation tools
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes and experience with Jira
• Highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for catching inconsistencies and defects
• Displays a mindset of continuous improvement, eager to develop both technically and professionally
• Strong critical thinking and ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and persistent in following through on responsibilities
• A true team player who values collaboration, open to brainstorming, and shares ownership
