Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled QA Test Analyst to join our client.

Contract Period: 7 months

Pay Rate: Starting from $30 per hour

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid; Tues, Wed, and Thurs onsite

Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Execute Test Plans: Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures
• System Modifications: Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
• Develop Testing Programs: Create testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability
• Document Software Defects: Using JIRA and Confluence for bug tracking system to document software defects and report them to software developers
• Problem Analysis: Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screens, or content
• Monitor Bug Resolution: Track bug resolution efforts and monitor successes
• Plan Test Schedules: Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
  
  

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in software testing
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce
• Experience in writing test documentation such as test plans, scripts, and test results reports
• Ability to analyze and interpret test results and provide recommendations for improvement
