Job Title: QA Program Manager

We are looking for a QA Program Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives, improve testing processes, and ensure high product reliability. This role involves defining QA strategies, implementing automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive a quality-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA processes, standards, and automation frameworks.
• Oversee manual and automated testing to ensure software quality.
• Integrate QA with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development.
• Define and track quality metrics for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.

Requirements

• 5
• years in QA management or program management.
• Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD integration and Agile/DevOps practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
