Your Role

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for both mobile and web applications
• Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and ensure product quality
• Coordinate testing activities and drive end-to-end quality assurance
• Review specifications and proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement
• Continuously refine and enhance testing methodologies and strategies
• Set up, configure, and maintain test environments
• Report bugs and defects accurately and promptly
• Manage issue tracking and drive timely resolutions
• Actively participate in planning, review, and daily standup meetings
• Investigate and document steps to reproduce issues reported by users or identified in the issue-tracking system
• Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and design teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience testing both mobile and web applications
• Strong understanding of REST APIs
• Proficiency in using API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript and Python
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Cypress, pytest)
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies, approaches, and best practices
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile processes
• Experience working with browser developer consoles
• Proficiency with version control systems (git and GitHub)
• Experience using bug tracking tools such as Jira
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bonus: Experience with Docker and CI tools
