Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team, focusing on ensuring the highest quality in vehicle testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for vehicle systems and components.
- Identify, document, and track defects in the testing process.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product features and provide feedback on quality improvements.
- Conduct thorough testing on connected car systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss testing progress and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Report on testing outcomes, documenting issues and recommendations for enhancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance, specifically in vehicle testing, specifically focused on connected car testing with in-vehicle UX.
- Familiarity with connected car systems and relevant technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
