Responsibilities:

• Build up and maintain management system (17025/9001) 建立和维护管理体系 (17025/9001)
• Lead achievement of accreditation to operations such as CNAS/CMA/HOKAS/UKAS 领导业务部门获得CNAS/CMA/HOKAS/UKAS等认证
• Regulation/Rule/Policy awareness and engagement 法律法规、政策的意识宣贯及统一
• Surveillance audit to BVCPS Site 对中国去消费品部实验室实施监督检查
• Build Quality Dashboard (setup MGM process and KPI, tracking quality performance) 建立质量控制面板（包括管理流程的搭建，KPI设定，跟踪质量表现）
• Driving initiative of quality continuous improvement 推动质量持续改进的主动性
• Develop and qualification to key person (QA, report signatory, PL manager, etc.) 发展培养关键质量人员（QA,报告授权签字人，产线经理等）
• Facility quality platform for skill and knowledge study and sharing in range of Global/CN Region/SBU/Site. 在全球/中国区/战略产线/地方范围内提供质量技能和知识学习分享的平台
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Good organizational skills and communication skills. 良好的组织能力和沟通技巧
• Be good at problem analyzing, problem solving, process improvement and quality thinking. 善于分析问题，解决问题，流程改进和具备质量思维
• Be familiar with ISO17025, ISO9001 and accreditation body requirement like CMA/CNAS/UKAS. Have knowledge about quality tool like 5W, fishbone etc. 熟悉ISO 17025、ISO 9001、CNAS、CMA、UKAS等认可认证机构要求。熟悉质量工具如5W，鱼骨图等。
• Ability to work independently. Strong self-learning skills. 能独立工作，具备较强的自学能力。
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or textile field 化学，机械或纺织类相关专业本科以上学历。
• Fluent in English and Chinese 中英语流利
• Proficient in use of MS office software. 熟练使用MS办公软件，如Word，Excel，PPT等。
