YOUR ROLE

• collaborate with various development teams to design and implement robust automated testing solutions that enhance product quality and reliability
• develop and maintain advanced test automation frameworks, incorporating frameworks such as Pytest, xUnit, or JUnit, to improve testing efficiency across projects
• partner with development teams to integrate automation into the development cycle, ensuring early defect detection and improving test coverage
• provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams in writing and executing automated test cases, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• engage with multiple teams to understand their specific testing needs and propose tailored solutions that align with organizational goals
• maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks, ensuring they remain scalable, reliable, and easy to use
• drive innovation by researching and implementing cutting-edge tools and technologies within the test automation space
• participate in cross-functional discussions, contributing insights and recommendations that shape the future direction of testing strategies and technologies within the organization
• champion best practices in test automation and quality assurance, promoting their adoption across different teams and projects
  
  

If You Are a Person Who Gained

• 6+ years in a software QA role, preferably in a financial technology environment
• proficient in either Python, Java or C# and eagerness to learn new technologies
• excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge the status quo
• strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience using GUI testing tools is a plus
