We are looking for a
QA Engineer (m/f/d)
(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Verl, Berlin or Baden-Baden – flexible working conditions available.
As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. You will design and execute tests, implement test automation frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software quality. Your expertise in manual and automated testing will help drive the development of robust and scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze requirements to create detailed test cases and test data.
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for integration and system testing.
Convert manual test cases into automated tests using Tosca.
Perform regression testing to ensure software stability after changes.
Analyze test results, document findings, and collaborate with development teams for debugging.
Investigate test failures, determine root causes, and ensure defect resolution.
Enhance and implement quality standards and best practices within the team.
Foster a culture of quality awareness across product management, development, and architecture teams.

Automation & Testing: Tosca (Tricentis)
API & Performance Testing: Postman, REST APIs
Programming & Databases: Java, SQL
CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins
Test Management & Documentation: Xray, Jira, Confluence
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in QA.
4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
Strong experience with test automation tool Tosca (Tricentis)
Hands-on experience with web testing
Proficiency in various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
ISTQB Foundation Level certification or similar is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
