Responsibilities

• Define Quality Standards: Work with the team to establish and monitor quality metrics for software applications.
• Automated Test Creation: Collaborate with developers to understand new features and design corresponding automated test cases.
• Build Test Frameworks: Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks.
• Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and manage bugs using issue-tracking tools.
• Perform Regression Tests: Execute regression tests and enhance automated test coverage in critical areas.
• Enhance Automation Processes: Continuously optimize testing processes and tools to improve efficiency.
• Ensure Test Reliability: Maintain the accuracy, scalability, and reliability of automated tests.
• Code Review Participation: Engage in code reviews, providing insights to improve testability and overall product quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with QA, development, and product teams to ensure thorough test coverage and smooth release cycles.
• Analyze Test Outcomes: Evaluate test results, identify trends, and provide comprehensive reports on product quality.
• Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Test Script Management: Skilled in creating, managing, and executing automated test scripts using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, XRay, or Qase.
• Automation Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Jest, or TestNG.
• Performance Testing: Knowledge of performance and load testing tools like JMeter or Artillery.
• API Testing: Experience testing RESTful APIs
