Job Summary

Note- Banking domain experience needed.

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Tester to join a fast-paced project with WAB Bank in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation frameworks, Azure DevOps (ADO), and hands-on testing experience in the banking domain. This is a short-term onsite opportunity suited for a detail-oriented QA professional available to work locally in Dallas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts for web and backend applications.
• Contribute to or set up automation frameworks to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Manage and track test cases, execution, and defect reporting using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Participate in test planning, test design, and test execution activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases in a banking/financial services environment.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5 10 years of experience in QA or software testing roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case management and defect tracking.
• Strong understanding of and experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
• Experience testing banking or financial applications is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Must be local to Dallas, TX and available to work onsite.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certification is a plus.
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
