Job Title: QA Automation Tester

Duration: 6+ months 

Location: Charlotte, NC- Hybrid 

Required Pay Scale:$50-$52


Job Summary:

We’re looking for a QA Automation Tester to support our Generative AI Platform, which helps teams across the company use AI safely and effectively. In this role, you’ll focus on building and maintaining automated tests, ensuring the platform is reliable, high-performing, and ready for enterprise use. You’ll work closely with developers, observability, and testing teams to identify issues early, improve test coverage, and help monitor system health. The ideal candidate has experience with test automation tools, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines, and is passionate about delivering high-quality software in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

 

Must Haves

• 5+ years of experience developing automated test frameworks using Python
• Strong ability to write, test, and debug clean, reliable Python code
• Hands-on experience with load testing and regression testing
• Familiarity with RESTful API services, particularly those hosted on AWS
• Understanding of software design principles and testing best practices
• Experience configuring and deploying CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Exposure to AI/ML models and their testing considerations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work as a collaborative team player in cross-functional teams
