We have centralised our data in a unified repository and developed a Customer 360 platform, enabling the creation of crucial business services based on big data.
We’re building an internal AI startup within RoboMarkets — a small, focused team (Product, ML, Python) working on real-time AI-driven decision-making: fraud detection, customer lifecycle strategies, and a business insights search engine. Our goal is to enhance our financial services with cutting-edge technology.
So far, we’ve deployed payment fraud detection to production.
Next up: trading fraud detection, churn prediction, and smart scoring.
We’re working with tons of data, high load (~10k RPS), and a complex, evolving architecture.
